If we're going to get serious about changing policy in this country, we need to elect our own representatives capable of doing so. I guess the opposition to this is that OWS is a horizontal movement and establishing an elected few leads to a concentration of power we'd rather not have. But this has to happen. We can continue protests and marching but the federal leadership will continue to ignore us until we can threaten their jobs. So where do we get started?
