I’ve written about or linked to a great deal here “chronicling Mitt’s mendacity” — to borrow Steven Benen’s phrase.

Mitt Romney says many, many things that are not true. He says this despite being in possession of the correct facts of the matter.

Which is to say that Mitt Romney lies. A lot. He lies more than any other national candidate for office in my lifetime. And I was born before the Nixon administration.

This is documented. Proven. Validated, verified, demonstrated, catalogued and quantified. Mitt Romney lies.

When he's not lying... he's flip-flopping.

Also... who cares if he's a Mormon? What does that have to do with anything?

Gotta wonder - I mean - he didn't become this messed-up overnight. How did he get anywhere to begin with(?) and then find some idiots that would go into business with him(?) TOO BIZARRE.

Now that is truly sad to contemplate.

Truly a sad state of affairs in this country. Time for a major change - and it has to be major.

I believe we have to stick with pointing out the fact of the roadblock they have put up against taxing the wealthy and corpoRATions. While wanting to raise taxes on everyone else.

Also to get corpoRAT personhood removed and money out of politics.

We need to push these issues and REALLY REALLY Push education and awareness on global warming - and the fact that we could be doing a ton of stuff differently - TODAY - to kick fossil fuel use into the dust bin.

But so far we have the wrong mix of people in office to affect positive change. That the positive change is vitally DESPERATELY needed. And would provide tons of jobs - while giving us all a future.

Not necessarily - damn things crumple up like a wad of paper now. You don't repair em any more you replace them. No they just need a different motive power. Hydrogen fuel cell would be gr8.

air bags are safer these days

they crumple because overweight vehicles are on the road

Air bags are a good safety device. But - no - cars have been designed to crumple. It has been stated that this is for safety purposes as the crumpling bleeds off the impact. Ummm I have seen a few wrecks in my time and well when your car can go from being over 4 feet tall to being about a foot and a half - that just does not speak safety to me.

do create a license to drive heavier more dangerous vehicles

Heavier vehicles will be on the road - hauling kids = bus hauling food and freight = 16 wheeler. Some people still have large families and a small car would not make sense.
