No doubt. He would have left the auto industry die. That's the truth. Mr. Etch-A-Sketch needs another good shake and try again. Fortunately, for us, the timer will run out on this circus and Mr. Etch-A-Sketch can shake all he wants, the picture will never work out.

My hypothesis is that his wife's health problems proved to him that even his money galore could still be impotent and he discovered empathy. Massachusetts being such a true-blue state probably made it easy.

I would venture a wild guess, maybe it's because he will do anything to get elected and morph to the circumstance. It's the old ends justify the means trick.

Yes, I do know why, because his campaign manager said after the primary they would clean the etch-a sketch and change the focus of their campaign. Romney would focus on beating Obama rather than his conservative primary opponents Santorum and Gingrich. It actually makes sense if you know anything about politics.

It actually doesn't make sense the way you characterized it.

What Mister Etch-A-Sketch really means is he will change his positions to suit his electability. This explains why he introduced universal healthcare in MA. It also explains why he's not for Universal Healthcare NOW for even MA. He has changed position, 180. He will do this on any position he has had. It's a well proven behavior he has.

Joe, you want to defend a flip-flopper? I thought the GOP doesn't like Flip-Floppers......remember 2004.....John Kerry...............

You can believe what you want but it actually it came form a quote from his communications director Eric Fehrnstromon on MArch 21 2012.

BTW, I did not defend him I said it makes sense if you know anything about politics. You need to appear to be more conservative during the GOP primary and more moderate during the general election. That is not good or bad, for or against, it is just a fact.

By the way, Etch-a-Sketch sales were up 1.500% the following week. Wish I saw that one coming....

Well, get used to it, there's more of the same coming from Romney camp as he tells us what he's against but never what he'll do or how he can help save the middle class.

Oh yeah, that's right, what was I thinking, the middle class is just peachy (the stats must be fabricated), and why we would we declare class warfare. Let's be nice and elect another GWB type. We should just shut up and let the rich take everything as they wish.

Problem is that damn robot says some very stupid things sometimes that allows others to see those true colors. Mitt needs re-programming so he can tow the fifthly greedy rich's propaganda without these annoying glitches.

Why we should be worshiping the rich much more. Maybe that's why they haven't been creating jobs for us because we've been bad.

I think you hit the nail squarely on the head. They will always put corporations first over people. In their view, we should be worshiping these "Job Creators".

Maybe we haven't worshiped money enough. Maybe that's where we went wrong. We care way too much for the downtrodden. The pure capitalist sees no value in these kinds of people. Maybe that's why the repugs want the safety net removed. It's all for the LOVE of MONEY Nothing more, nothing less!

This motives many, they believe they are entitled to it. The really do love money and all it can buy. Many glamorize these rich people, dream of being them. Those who lead that path clearly have been brainwashed, but hey if it makes them happy, they will do it. The ONLY way to clamp them down, is by regulation. Otherwise, the casino is open.

Sssssh, don't let the cat out of the bag, we know this, but they don't and that could knock them off their happiness train to unimaginable riches.

LOL, all kidding aside, it's always easy when you really get it, it's really about perception, that and having true love in your life, a tad little of money, and happiness is a wonderful and fulfilling place. I spend most of time there.

And the clincher, the best things in life are priceless and free, you just need to know how and where to find them. There's beauty is seeing the truth. It's never hiding but you have to look.

Based on the summery of Romney's comments and actions, I think no serious person can take Romney seriously - unless (A) he owes him money or (B) he wants Obama to not being reelected.

For (B), It just tells something about intelligence and state of mind while (A) it shows bad judgement in finding a lender.

Signed "The unhappy voter" that has to choose the lesser of two evil's . Elections seam to be the only "Industry" with the least choice, but the best option to receive donations for the weakest return - unless you run for an office of course-

Yes, this is a central point to OWS.

We were waiting for some movement to bring awareness to the people of what has been going down. The statistics are undeniable. We have inequality of income in this country not seen for a long time and it's widening at an ever quickening pace. Some of us have known for decades and longer this was coming, it just takes critical thinking and searching the facts. It's starts when we begin to realize something's really wrong. Then we dig in and find out what it is. We seek the truth and despise the liars who divert us. Before we can seek it we have to learn how it is we can recognize it.

That's the beginning, the rest is keeping up, staying active, and refining the truth. The only real irrefutible truth is evident truth. The best example is this one:

It is the most important thing. Voting always matters and when I hear others say it doesn't it just makes me shake my head but then realize, Ah-Ha, another reminder of why the is exactly it is. I accept that with one caveat, I'll do my damnedness to voice my complaint and put my footprint clearly and firmly onto this planet before I leave it......

Thanks,I've already registered and Mitt Romney will be getting my vote. Would have preferred Palin or Perry maybe even Newt but since it's Romney I will support him completely because Obama must be stopped before it's too late and it might already be too late.

We will remember this when we vote for the candidate who is intelligent and will save the middle class. Mister Etch-A-Sketch needs to keep clearing his screen, nobody is buying what he has to sell except for those who are damned good at ignoring the truth and are motivated by anger fueled emotion.

Rover, it will suck for you when you lose. You'll need to get yourself registered for one of those internment camps we will have for your kind when Obama is re-elected. So sad for you. You need to Pledge Allegiance before it's too late. Save your self.
