I once spent a lot of time plotting and scheming and visualising the downfall of perceived enemies, only to realise that they spent no time at all thinking about me. It was kindof a letdown.
Not only was my anger misplaced, but it's effectiveness was only apparent to me. In fact, I was the only one affected by it.
Rage is warranted in many cases, but remember this important adage; patience and vision beat violence and blind action.
