Mr. President and all members of Government,
Do you want to know why you have the American People in the streets protesting?
It is because you and the rest of the government as well as the Supreme Court the Justice Department, the FBI, the SEC, the CFTC, the Federal police, The Police of Cities States have turned against The People of The United States of America. You have all turned away from your oath of office to serve and protect the Constitution of the United States of America.
The People see that you are directly supporting private interests to the detriment of society.
You have not charged or prosecuted the economic meltdown criminals of WallStreet for their crimes Fraud being right up there in front and waving it's hand for attention.
We the people see this. We also see all of you trying to ignore all of the Occupy movements that are protesting the greed corruption and white collar crime that is running rampant in this country.
The police and other enforcement agencies were set-up for valid reasons with real duties to perform.
They are also institutions power bases. They are just as open to greed and corrupt manipulation as any other institution.
The secret service feels so dedicated to the job right now that they hire hookers while on assignment.
This country is going down the drain and you are all sitting on your hands or are helping it to do so.
If there were a valid third party candidate offered to run for office today.
Guess what? Possible landslide winner?
Read the Constitution read the Declaration of Independence.
You have all forgotten what the job of government stands for.

Sorry, I didn't save a copy, but it focused on the bill to legalize the use of propaganda on American citizens. I had a lot more issues, but I feel one letter, one topic, has greater impact. I was going to send it to my rep too, but he lied to me when I wrote to him about indefinite detention. He told me it DID NOT INCLUDE American citizens. It's hard to tell the difference between lies and propaganda. Maybe there isn't any.

How you say (?) - this is an election year! Nothing gets done in an election year! Pardon the french but what a load of CRAP!!!!!!!!! Put an end to the economic meltdown. You can do it - You can do it NOW! How you might ask?
Why does that not surprise me or anyone else in this country of ours? 1st before it all comes crumbling down. Freeze the assets and activities of WallStreet. Separate Investment and lending Banking. Break down the to big to fail. Arrest the economic criminals and freeze their personal assets. What for you say? They have done nothing wrong you say? Pardon the french - But Bullshit!!!!!! Fraud and collusion to commit Fraud are plenty enough reason to make arrests and give them all a Bernie Madoff Makeover - from riches to rags to jail.

You want American Business to succeed you say? And Yet you have free trade agreements which make it next to impossible for American business to compete in their home markets. Green technology investment going bad due to foreign price undercutting. American jobs lost to outsourcing to foreign sweatshops by American businesses avoiding the costs of operating here at home - costs such as being required to be environmentally responsible and accountable. Costs such as paying a living wage to their employees - all of them. Safe working conditions insurance. All because of Profits over People. Pardon the french - But - YOU SUCK.
Oh yeah nice the way you have pulled the teeth of the EPA to allow Oil & LNG fracking to be conducted however the industry wants - endangering our ground water and polluting our air and land. All for Profits over People in a glut market that sees gasoline still at high prices at the pumps. What ever happened to the rules of supply and demand - the fossil fuel industry is exempt?
If you were so inclined you could go on an immediate National Public Works program to put people back to work. Doing what you may ask? How about doing all of the things our energy producers should have been doing all of these years. Upgrade the infrastructure of our power grid. End the world wide pollution and strife caused by Fossil Fuel. Change over to green energy - and no I am not talking about Solar Panels and Wind Turbines - they are a help but not the answer. We have millions of unemployed people and a very sad and anemic job growth. Put these people back to work doing something healthy and prosperous for this country and in extension the world. Train them on the job while constructing on how to operate and maintain these new systems. Include an upgrade to education to ready our kids to enter the modern world of work.
Implement real green energy - LOOK AT THIS - This is where we should be going: Green Energy we have the technology we just need to use it. This is what I am talking about. A clean future to be implemented NOW!

Heating and cooling systems that can be placed for individual already existing structures from single family homes to larger building complexes. Imagine cost savings for low income subsidized elderly disabled housing. Think of the relief on a power grid.
Power generation look at the power plant just opened in orange county ( link provided above) it can run on sewer gas LNG gas from land fills. It is versatile and green.
Go a step beyond and look at thorium nuke power plants - clean and a small footprint - and green eliminates a major nuclear waste problem and the fuel can not be used for a nuclear bomb. Perfect for say Iran?
Come on get the people out of the streets and back to work. Back to contributing to the economy. No more homeless - lets put an end to poverty.
Hell even the fossil fuel people are in a good position to make a green transition. Health and prosperity for all.
BTW - what is up with Blackwater - I mean are they not kind of like an illegal military organization? Why do we need them? They are outside of the military chain of command - rogue - and funded by the government? They are mercenaries. They have no good or healthy purpose for a good and healthy country.
Consider these things.
Consider the Declaration of Independence.

Thanks for reviving this open letter Marlow ( one of my earlier efforts ) - I am trying to communicate the need for the people to speak-up and speak-out - speak to their government - get involved and reclaim that government. Also to share and circulate good information or good thoughts out to social media for a wider audience to see and to also hopefully share further as everyone who has some social media interaction has a slightly or even completely different set of groups or individuals that they interact with.
I like that the forum installed the social media button on the left margin of this site. Now when you come across something great to share ( posts only ) you just hit the media button you are familiar with while you are in the post that you like..

It is possible to put one of the 99% in the Presidency via write-in with enough effort. Get the rich out of office. Kill off the major parties that are controlled by corporations and greed. I started a write in for President, but have not received much support. Some links on how to do this are at my website http://www.occupydc.us. Until the bottom 99% occupy the White House, Congress and the Senate, the corporations will rule. We need someone with enough backbone and support to shut down the status quo.

Our best option is to look at voting records and support individuals that have supported the interests of the people and vote out those who have supported interests detrimental to the people, economy, environment, world.
I think we are pretty much screwed in trying to find an alternative for the upcoming Presidential election. Too near.
But we can work on campaigns like the Wisconsin recall and find candidates to support in upcoming elections.
What we need is the participation of the people.

I wish everyone would send an open letter to Government. One letter is easily ignored - hundreds of thousands - not so much. They can not claim ignorance of what is bothering the people - if the people spell it out to them.
Excellent, I think we need to put pressure on all fronts, and this is one of them.
if they hear it enough they might even perhaps, maybe, that the possibility of a chance exists, they listen.
But if we do not do this, that chance, no matter how faint it is, won't be there for them to listen.
We must act as a body with many parts, where we all use our strengths to the good of the whole body. Once we start thinking and acting that way, good things will happen.

Thank you for the links. I'll read them. It's good to spend a day off doing something constructive, we are going to be on the radio again this weekend, but I'll wait until after the recording. We have info that Coke has people recording all the shows, which is a good thing, maybe something good rubs off on them.
But I know they have the power of advertising, and have successfully shut the doors of mainstream radio and TV, so I don't want to give them any heads up.
The interview with PRN.fm the Danny Schechter show was great, Cat Watters was there with us from OWS. and herd some very interesting stuff from Dan Rather and Bill Still who were also guests in the show.
Very eye-opening, to how the media is controlled by the big corporations.
We have an uphill battle here, not just The Coke 16, but also here with OWS, the media will under-cover stuff and or misinform the people in order to turn public opinion against OWS.
That is why we need to stick together and use all forms of social media available, before they can control it.

Mr. President and all currently seated members of Government and to all the citizens of the USA,
1st let me state that these letters I send to you I also send out on social media to all of the citizens of the USA to read as well - and I suppose it could be considered as open letters to the world also.
Anyway today's subject:
Society fails when the people are removed from the process.
It does not matter the social system that is the chosen society model.
Not one damn little bit.
Every single failed society came about through the removal of the population from the process.
Every single failed society was caused by the segments of those societies that had the money power and influence and excluded their fellow citizens.
Societies stopped working for the good of ALL in the society. And then they failed.
OK - I know this is going to start up trouble - so I might as well jump in with both feet.
There has never been a true communist Russia.
Nope the Czars were thrown down by the people and were replaced by a dictatorship that won it's place by telling lies to the population about communal good and all working to support all.
Then they went and siphoned off the fruits of the peoples labor for themselves at the top and left the population to fend for itself in a police state that kept the population from running wild.
China is much the same - ruling elite siphoning off the fruits of it's people labor.
That being said - there is no place - no form of society in the world today - that does not operate on these same principals. Whether it is dressed up as a democracy or socialism or Aristocracy etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc - it is all the same - the few with money influence and power ruling over the masses - largely to their own benefit.
It is - again - when the people are removed from the process - and society stops working for the benefit of ALL society - that then those societies begin to fail.
Hence we come to today and the world wide economic meltdown.
Just one sign of things to come - unless society makes a real change and starts working for the benefit of ALL of the society.

Query: What is so difficult to understand in the concept of health and prosperity for all?
Query: What is so hard to understand about fossil fuel pollutes our environment - The Whole World?
Query: What is so hard to understand that outsourcing work to foreign countries hurts those countries environments at the same time it hurts our economy?
Query: What is so hard to understand about our shrinking work force adding to the depletion of our economy?
Query: What is so hard to understand that not paying a living wage to all workers puts a drain on our social support programs to make up the difference?
Query: What is so hard to understand about the fact that we need to get off of fossil fuel? Pollution and Global warming.
Query: What is so hard to understand about the fact that our fossil fuel companies are in a prime position to make a profitable change over to green technology power and fuel production?
Query: What is so hard to understand about ending fossil fuel dependence also ends Global fossil fuel strife?
Query: What is so hard to understand about partisan politics being bad for all?
Query: Why can't you all follow Bernie Sanders lead and drop partisan politics and adopt addressing issues in a manner that is responsible accountable and are healthy and prosperous for ALL.
Query: What is so hard to understand that creating a universal Health care system would be beneficial for all? The people in the existing field as it stands would be put to work in the transformed system. Universal Health care will still need people to run and maintain it.
Query: Do you think it is a good idea to let things continue on down the toilet?
Query: Do you think that having a growing number of unemployed people and homeless people is a good thing? Are you not afraid that having all of these people out of work or getting more concerned by the day about keeping their jobs and homes is good for the country? Don't you think that by this trend continuing that the people will start believing the truth that you do not work for us anymore? What happens then? What happens when the people understand that they have been tossed under the bus and their involvement in our Governmental process does not mean a damned thing?
Failure of government and it's manipulation by corporations is becoming quite obvious and your lip service is starting to be seen and rejected for what it is.
People are also starting to add two and two properly and are seeing a threat to freedom in your Home Land security programs.
Why can you not all do the right thing? The easy thing? Get to work on programs and reforms that are healthy and prosperous for all? Yes even for the wealthy and corporations though they seem to be unable to see their own benefit in all of this - it is there - benefit for all.
Be a world leader - be a proper world leader - show how it is done to go forward promoting peace health and prosperity for ALL. Start here at home and export it to the World.

1st - the truth is getting out and it is spreading. Yes the cat is out of the bag and it's running for it's life. No the ( your? ) MSM did not let it get out. The freedom of the internet ( the peoples only friend these days ) is getting out the truth.
There is no doubt in the public mind ( those who are aware ) that the government has been subverted to do the will of the corporate faux-people even to the detriment of our health and prosperity our environment. The program is becoming well known - Profits over People. What happens when all of our work is outsourced? Where will be the support for the economy? Does not really matter if we are going to engineer our own environmental extinction event.
Among other things the FCC should be looking into the prevalence of false advertizing and issuing fines and alerting the EPA and alerting the American People as well as government as well as the Justice department. WTF good are public protection agencies if they don't do the job? WTF good is government if they support domestic threats?
There is no such thing as "clean" coal.
