Forum Post: Koch Brothers: Terrorists Out to Destroy America for Profit

Spending 10's of millions on "institutes", think tanks, lobbying and foundations is pocket change to the billionaires who will make billions more as the federal government is dismembered following their goals.

These "researchers" they finance generate talking points and a media echo chamber to pound the public in an unceasing deluge of misinformation and lies.

1- They want to raise the retirement age. This retards the entry of new people into the workforce and reduces retirement costs, benefits and social security, all of which they want to eliminate.

2- They claim social security is going bankrupt when it is in fact generating a $2.7 TRILLION surplus.

3- They want to privatize social security. Only Wall Street will gain and many people can lose a lifetime of savings. This is their social security alternative.

4- They are behind the Keystone (Koch) pipeline which will transport the most potentially dirty energy source on the planet across the American heartland where it will be refined, creating waste and pollution in Koch plants and be exported in the Gulf of Mexico to highest bidders on the world market. This doesn't help the US energy supply at all.
