This is not related to OWS and mods can dump the thread real soon but I just discovered i have opposums under my front concrete porch. There's an opening where they get in and I saw 2 about 6-7 inches long not including the tail. What should I do?
call the NRA - they have the same solution to everything

first tack it to the right forum and secondly ask yourself this question are they a problem? If your assesment is they are in fact a problem then get a have a heart trap. as far as what they eat their omnivorous they'll eat anything.
Get a live trap from your hardware store - do an online search for what they like to eat - put the food out it in the trap and place the trap by the porch opening.
That is of course if your area does not have a willing animal control dept.
They do. I should call them because it could be tricky to get them all and keep them out.
Yeah you will want to block that opening right away too. Usual method of operation is to catch and release em. They might want to come back.
Thanks. I have one for squrrels that might work. I'll find out what they like and get them one at a time. I want to resolve this quick.

I like to sit on my porch and I don't want them crawling between my legs. Don't want to hurt them either.
I've been putting off patching up the porch but it's actually a big job. I'd like to get them out before I have it done.
its occupying your porch, it will probably be cleaner than the OWS folks had they occupied your porch.
So? What's your point? If they start singing protest songs that might be a problem.
