Mercenary Cops are also within The 99% and we love all sinners, so long as they repent. The Police are the same as us but the Violent Thug ratio is far higher than in The 99%. Further, Militarised Cops have lost many of the basic policing and peace keeping skills in "The War On Terror" over the last 10 years !
