Actually, most people are waiting for the jury to come back. Three counts were thrown out by the judge and there are four now.
That said, most people are ticked off for what we know at this point, specifically, regarding the length of time in facility inspections. Secondly, the number of untrained and unlicensed individuals involved. Forty six law suits ignored? Subsequently the agencies were overhauled.
While there is a difficulty in obtaining abortion services for those women in poverty, there still needs to be standards in place.
Ultimately, the rightwingnuts & Rs have done - are doing - and will do everything they can to make sure everyone obeys THEIR laws.

However, failure to adequately address the issues that led to this simply gives those numnuts ammunition and creates a lot of unncessary drama.
