This content is user submitted and not an official statement

This is important reading for those that support the movement.

We should know who our detractors are, even if they are hard to identify.

Surprise. Surprise. Making change isn't easy. Kudos to jart that this forum is still running after all the attacks against it.

FACTS, so much better than rumor. Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't trying to get you. But which is worse, our friends or our enemies?

[-] 2 points by GirlFriday (17435) 12 years ago

For me: my enemies.

Ya'll run that game as you see fit.

I have better shit to do than to worry about an "eh, tu Brute?" moment.

[-] 3 points by brightonsage (4494) 12 years ago

You do a good job, GF.

[-] 1 points by GirlFriday (17435) 12 years ago

Thanks, brightonsage.

The enemy that acts as a friend, is the most dangerous of all, and often the hardest to detect..........I will post the second part of the article as soon as it's available.

[-] 2 points by rayolite (461) 12 years ago

In the 9-11 truth world it was labeled "false opposition". Kinda hard to understand.

"False opposition" is a false allie that presents themselves as opposing the same thing as the activist opposes, therefore they are not an allie, but opposition. What's a bitch to see is when there are an entire group of the pretenders pretending they are real. OMG!

Real strategy that fights directly for the rights needed to protect freedom is the test. "The enemy that acts like a friend" will never support "real strategy" and will not reason with it, because it counters the agenda of their master. Their master prefer that real strategy look unreasonable by either bashing it, or not engaging it. "The enemy that acts like a friend" cannot engage it reasonably without exposing themselves and losing their effectiveness, so they do not discuss it.

Hmmmm, so concentrating on strategy, and what you support might be a way to spot them.

It will fun to see what the second part of the article will say.

I noticed they referred to a part II. look forward to it. Maybe it's just me but the tip of the iceberg comes to mind. I have been watching the post count of various posters, There are a lot of quick hitters that have jumped in and played troll for a while and either left or changed aliases.

On the other hand, there are a few that have invested so much time distracting, disrupting and challenging that you wonder if they are being paid by the post or just have an obsession and too much time on their hands?

Good post, and at a very apt moment. Thanks.

That is interesting. Good post.

By Kevin Zeese and Margaret Flowers

This is Part I of a two-part series on infiltration of Occupy and what the movement can do about limiting the damage of those who seek to destroy us from within. This first article describes public reports of infiltration as well as results of a survey and discussions with Occupiers about this important issue. The second article will examine the history of political infiltration and steps we can take to address it.

[-] 3 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

I will post it when it becomes available.

it's called truthdig so it must be true!

Can't we focus on looking for friends instead of on being paranoid about enemies? Is this not the place for that kind of thing?

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

Some us actually do that.

As I said before. It's important to what know ground we are standing on, in order to find the "common ground".

Equally important, is acceptance of certain truths.

This is one of those truths.

It's clear to me that you fit the bill perfectly.

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

It occurs to me, that we all do.

You should broaden your thinking.

[-] -3 points by JanitorInaDrum (134) 12 years ago

I'm amazed that such a low functioning entity, such as whatever you are, is able to recognize that I actually am capable of thinking, even though it is obvious to an awake 8 year old.

Who or what told you to type that?

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

Don't you know?

I'm a bot, without fatigues.

I've been told I became one when my rep points hit 1,000.

I guess you don't have to worry too much about that...........:)

[-] -2 points by JanitorInaDrum (134) 12 years ago

I heard you abused your wife and spent way too much time on the internet to properly care for her worthless ass.

JD have you stopped beating your spouse?

[-] -1 points by JanitorInaDrum (134) 12 years ago

No, I've been too busy pimping out shooz's ol hag to have time to beat my own. She fetches 16 cents a shot.

[+] -5 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Somebody should put the top back on that drum.

See what can get loose when some one gets curious about what might be in a closed container.

Huh...I wonder if it was marked toxic?

See another good example for the need of proper labeling.

[-] 2 points by shoozTroll (17632) 12 years ago

The janitor is still in the drum.......:)

It doesn't matter.

There are NO active ingredients. They're far too watered down.

It can't clean up a thing.

[+] -5 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

I think it was put in the drum because it was making a mess rather than cleaning one up.

[+] -5 points by DKAtoday (33802) from Coon Rapids, MN 12 years ago

Conspiracy.

It is only a theory until it happens - and is caught.

Be aware.
