Since I am the only employee proper, nobody can stop me from forming my own labor union.
I'm thinking it will work out great!
I'll get double time on weekends, triple time on Sundays and holidays!
I'll get to leave with a full days pay after making my "show up" 45 minute appearance if there are any problems outside my job description preventing me from doing that days tasks!
I'll finally get good health insurance for mere pennies on the dollars and maybe even free legal services.
I'll also get to chew up lots of company time and money with grievance filing and arbitration while getting paid!
I can see the light and hear the money train rolling my way.

It would appear with all these scab clients, I will have to lay somebody off.
