That is not right. That post was only welcoming home the troops. There was nothing wrong with that.
And now the forum is overrun by threads complaining about the spam. Let's try not to get too excited here.
They don't mark for banning. If it was going to get banned, it would already have been. They are trying to run off the last of our supporters. Go to one of the other forums. This one is far to compromised to be taken seriously.

Someone is so fed up with the spam and conspiracy theories on this board they are taking matters into their own hands.
That dude is not in support of the movement. He uses this ploy to legitimize his efforts but he has flooded threads that are 100% political in nature, selling nor advertising anything. He calls them conspiracy theories or any number of things to make him look authentic. He is not authentic. He is one of three users that have turned this forum into what you see now.
Thrasy: Plays a neutral role - Floods threads and argues both sides to create conflict.
nucleus: Plays a supporter - Deters any effort to break down party lines by insulting anyone on the right and discrediting anyone trying to grow beyond this forum
John Bassist: Plays both sides - Psychologically impaired (extreme narcissism).
When you are ready to join the rest of us, please check out the other forums.

Not seeing any new ones yet...or any more bumps..... I am starting to think it is a worm/bot now
Initially it takes someone to interface and plant it....Once it was quiet for an hour. I was digging through the list, and found just one.....
I replied and within 10 minutes they were popping up again... this was about 10 pm or later, not sure anymore...
There is initial personal interaction, they plant it in one of the links or posts code, they use some markdown vulnerability to let it leach into the db. Then it grows, and replicates automatically....
That is why when we bombed PMs I think it halted it....
After a while someone went "wut" wut is this, and another user mikehussy was using some choice words he was pi$$ed
Worked on a couple, now when id is too short I get the bloody caps lock..
I am getting tired. I hope after all of our futile efforts we get fully re-instated.

He said you were like a baby monkey. Just lame insults. He started using Indonesian, then he switched to Sundanese which is a language spoken in West Java. He's most probably in Jakarta. I don't speak Javanese, only Indonesian, but my wife is Javanese and translated the text for me. For what it's worth, I don't think you're like a baby monkey ;-)

"Silit babi" is pretty much the worse insult you can tell a Javanese since they are muslim and they consider pigs as being dirty. My wife is also muslim. It wasn't an attack on Islam. I just wanted to show him that I understand Indonesian very well. That express is very seldom used, if ever. Most foreigners don't know it.

I was fine after this. Adeimantus was shadow banned for a very short time last night. Like 10 minutes. I'm going to checkout the API more. There's a few method calls I want to try a bit later today.
What was with the user I forgot name I emailed JART with a whole list, that user did not have an account it was the one you was he saying I was baby paraiste or something
When I tried to flood the message box of mantap, it said the user did not exist anymore. I guess a moderator must have deleted his account.
It never existed, you were carrying on conversation with a phantom, I was trying to bomb he was the one that locked me out of my primary account...
We intercepted the hole, he is in the database worming his way around, and creating accounts from the inside - once he gets things going again. it is taking off again. Spam is flooding...
After the re-compile/commit he was flushed, and came back.. We started to attack, and I noticed I was not seeing updates again.
The mods are not throwing the switches, he was calling me out directly.
And there was a user name created new england is dead user name, I forget how it was spelled out but right after that I was "shadow banned" wih my nep account, and the anti spam acct is still disabled.
This guy is in again...
It is about to get bad, apparently we were having effect, and I was noticed a little more by the attacker and he targeted my primary account, and antispam.... He corrupted my cookie again, I got a flash on the screen and OWS site reloaded with this id, and I was banned on this acct....mantap never existed on the PM
Damn. I'll tell you if he corrupts one of my cookies. If he has access to the DB from some kind of backdoor than this site is going down very soon I fear. Do you think he's working alone running scripts? What exactly did we do to slow him down? Can you send PM's again? I'm running out of ideas and time.
I dont think he has full access, I think he found a hole or vulnerability.
No PMs I am maxxed out at least for a while. I am usually in bed, but had 2 espressos so I am up again Remember , read write access to db , write access is local and xmits back to source on site , it is dynamic.. we have various write access to like/dislike, save, cancel, various markdown /save based on account id....
He has a backdoor, not that powerful but has found a vulnerability, I was looking for some myself, the #: API codes can be used to open holes in the db. I opened one and it changed the menu perhaps that was why I got locked on other acct I dunno I have been tinkering here with the code trying to find it all this time. There are many holes anything with write access can have script created, piggy back the commands while creating accounts, giving super user access permissions. I have done this before , I used to be employed fixing stuff like this in security projects this is serious, I dunno if they take the site down but they are in the user db no doubt
Already replied, I keep having to switch screens...an have to wait the frikkin minute delay....I figure a combo of DELETE SPAMMER = "account name"

You need to learn to read for comprehension. Stop being so paranoid. and learn to distinguish between posters and the official forum system.
The post you refer to uses your post as an example of a GOOD post to be bumped up in the listings in this counter attack to the TV Spammers.
the effort to counter the TV spammers is not an official action by the forum administrators. It is unofficial and cannot be considered as a "ban" if that were what was happening. Only the forum admins can "ban" a person. Only the author, (you), and the admin can delete a post.
