Forum Post: How To Deal with “Thrasymaque”

As most of you know, this guy’s only here to provoke and spread disinformation (which he always denies of course). So how should we deal with this guy? The answer is: ignore him.
Every time you respond to his comments, you make him happy. Every time you respond, he will tell some lie or say something provoking that you’re dying to refute; and every time you do, he gets what he wants: his posts bumped to the top, and a chance to piss you off even more with new comments.
So please don’t respond to his posts, comments and PMs.
Ignore him. Don’t feed the troll, let it starve.
Make him drink W. Virginia water!!

You should also read my other comments about him in this thread. Thrasymaque was helping OWS with NewEnglandPatriot. He did a lot of the site. Unfortunately, because he attacked conspiracy theorists and other spammers, they convince everyone else he was a troll. He never was. He didn't do what most people say he did.

He never did post porn pics. That's a lie the twinkle team created. One of the things that worked to get people against him. What happened was that the twinkle team created a character with a name similar to Thrasymaque. Thrasymoque. Then they posted porn. The user was banned shortly afterwards.
Jart knows this. Thrasymaque helped her ban the guy. This could be verified easily by you, but you choose to lie about Thrasymaque instead of being courageous and finding out the truth.

ZD talking about death threats, GFs toilet mouth, your faking a user to look like Thrasy posting porn... Etc... You have always supported obscenities. That's why you never banned GF for being a toilet mouth. You encourage it.
Thrasymaque was a regular user. If anything, he was an OWS hero. Perhaps the net hero of OWS. Odin was the street hero. You banned them both. Shame on you. You prefer toilet mouth GF over serious occupiers here to discuss seriously. Says a lot about your moderation style.
