It is neither here or there whether they are privately owned or publicly traded they wiled so much power in the political process of our government they might as well be the government. ALEC: Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and Ohio Governor John Kasich. ALEC= less democracy is better. They have made it clear, that while they want to dismantle any barriers to corporate cash and billionaire bucks’ influencing elections, Koch brothers and ALEC want very much to erect barriers to the primary tool s that Americans who are not CEOs have to influence the politics and the government of the nation,voting. Look up ALEC what they are doing is really not illegal but they are better at it than the big corporate lobbyist on K street
The key point is "what they are doing is not illegal". If you do not like it then how do you make it illegal? Here is a clue; it is not protesting Wall Street.
