Why blame Clinton? Bill Clinton is the only president over the past 90 years to actually lower his own annual deficit each and every year of the 8 years he was in office.

I think Hillary Clinton would have done the same if George Soros had not insisted on unduly influencing the 2008 democrat nomination process.
