With complete transparency to their records, actions, and what they are for/against.

Sorry if I sound uneducated, but what is a 'birther'?
Birthers are the people who want Obama to produce his birth certificate, a notarized copy to establish he meets the constitutional requirements of a president. (there's a doctored image of an un-notarized one around), so birthers would be happy if we demanded complete transparency of all incumbent records. I definitely would want to see how much they get in campaign funds and from whom.
Ah, yes. I think they will be but one group who will be happy with this kind of transparency.
I also think we need this visibility with money (imagine if two figures were on a price tag-the figure that the company paid for the product, and how much they are actually selling it for). If we let in the 'sunshine', which is mostly public scrutiny, many will be outraged at the truth of what's really going down.
I have no idea what's really going down, but by taking a look at this world, there's alot of bad stuff going down.
