Forum Post: Here we go again! The Economy!

The economy is heading south and there’s nothing we can do about it. We should have taken real action years ago. Instead, we continue to protest, debate and vote for political candidates and parties that aren’t capable of fixing a mess of this magnitude and complexity. We are the real problem because we are just as bad as our politicians, big business and the banks. These people can’t solve our problems. All they can do is rip us off. And we’ve absolutely nothing to stop it except run our mouths.

Most of us think in simple terms. We think the solutions to our problems are simple. They are not simple and that’s why our government can’t resolve them. We’ve let our problems get so bad that we only have one choice left to save what’s left of our future.

A group of scientists and engineers (OsiXs) came up with a brilliant plan to save the United and the rest of the world. But we will have to meet them half way. There will come a time when you will lose all hope. Because what’s happening to us now is nothing compared to what is just around the corner. My suggestion to you is to seek out the smartest people on the planet. The scientist and engineers are the only people that can save us now. If you think the dumb people (politicians and bankers) are going to fix the complex problems that we have today then you should understand by now that you are the real problem and not them. They are just unqualified and incompetent to fix technical, complex problems in a technological age. They are dinosaurs that are becoming extinct. Our choice will be, do we want to follow them into extinction.

You may not understand or even believe how much trouble we’re in. Sooner or later your survival mechanism will kick in. Then you will have to act or suffer miserably. You don't think it can happen - Keep Living! Even the rich are shaking in there boots.

The good thing about science is that it’s true whether or not you believe in it.
