Hello, this is a call for help!
A Native-American, tree sitter in Sacramento, Steven Joseph Carter is currently being illegally detained past the 24, misdomeaner deadline. After being booked he was refused food for 24 hours. When he came down from the tree he requested medical attention and instead was taken to the fire dept. under the guise of a hospital trip and than taken to the jail without any medical treatment.
23 of us were arrested the night before on the exact same charges of "resisting/obstruction" and "loitering". We were released within 10 hours. He is on hour 83 right now. PLEASE HELP!
