I preface this by saying I am not a political scientist, economist or statistician. What I am, is a concerned systems analyst. I have the ability to look at a unit of structure and find ways to make it more efficient. Who I am and what I stand for is of no significance to me in this topic. I represent no political party, religion or corporate interests. That being said, I ask the same in kind on this topic.

You don’t need a central leadership in order for the OWS movement to continue, but without unified direction recognizable and simple to the American public, able to understand and follow the 99%, this movement will rapidly grow stagnant. Following this is a rough concept of leaderless organization that can help each member of the movement gain a voice that cannot so easily be ignored. I openly invite people in to contribute to this plan and encourage empirical examination and surfacing of fallacies that can in turn be corrected during it’s inception.

My #1 firsthand frustration with the protests is a recognizable lack of organization gained from my participation in the Occupy Portland demonstrations. The concept of an unorganized mass of angry people is really neat. The reality of an unorganized mass of angry people is confusing at best. With a lack of organized broadcasting and unified consensus, we need to find a way to get our act together and move on to step 2.

That being said, you can all organize the occupation together!
