Blake is a solid dude, and showed just how easy it is to get things going. Just do it. And be persistant.
People ask what has Occupy accomplished? People always say they changed the dialogue in the country, etc. I think the biggest accomplishment was getting young people to respect what self governance is.
GA's are messy. Occupy is messy. Its a constant struggle to keep people on the same page, keep the planning going, managing the logistics, etc. That experience is invaluable.
While Occupy has no leaders, this nation is currently leader-less. Some of these occupiers will, hopefully, make great leaders some day in advancing the change that we wish to see.
Oct 7th is the 11th anniversary of our never ending wars.
Nothing will change until this does.
