Greed is believed to be universal. It certainly is the rationalization the masters use to loot the community for personal gain. That parasitization is self destructive because it tends to destroy the community we all depend on: even its looters.

Greed may be natural but it interferes with the more basic natural instinct to form communities for the protection and well being of all. Our exploitative ruling elite class of parasites hard sells rationalizing greed and ignores the greater directive of social instinct that says: Thou shalt stick together to live. In that, they put themselves apart from the human race and declare themselves the greatest enemy and threat to survival of the human race. The idiots who rule us don't realize that they're killing the host economy and culture with their stupid greed.

Whether or not we believe that greed and the "food chain/pecking order" are natural, we must give precedence to the social instinct, whose imperative is to form communities for mutual support. If the few ruling elite parasites who own everything can count on us to continue competing with one another they need never worry about losing their advantage. Only by refusing to play their game can we counter greed and self interest. Today those are a greater threat to human survival than all the tyrants and terrorists since the beginning of civilization. Wake up, America and the World!

"Consumers, whose spending makes up 70% of U.S. GDP, aren’t in the terrific shape everyone thinks they are. As rates rise and their debt gets more expensive, spending will slow and could trigger the next crash."

Henry Ford knew that unless he paid his workers sufficient wages to afford his cars ... then his business had no future. Such simple realizations - and the fact that USG was not so co-opted by The 1% & 0.01% that taxing wealth & income to invest in The 99%, was what once made America the Middle Class quasi-utopia that it once was. Tho' backed by a continuous War Economy ... Americans could once have a job, buy a house and educate their kids, without the crippling debt that they are all shackled with these days.

That reality has now morphed into Indentured Debt Slavery for all but a 1-5%,while a 95-99% have been hollowed out and cowed. Just how bad do things have to get before Americans rise up and fight for their collective well being? The Democratic Party and even US Unions - have sold them out, again and again.

How do White Americans rise above the racism that is stoked - to stop they, themselves getting benefits, as sharing with folk of color is such a horrible think to consider?! Eugene Debs was right back in the day and remains correct to this day. See:

respice, adspice, prospice ...
