If you wonder why you hear America’s budget to fight white collar crime was cut 80%, why two illegal wars were started, why 9/11 fairy tales have done so well, why our freedoms disappeared so quickly, this man makes it obvious.
The actual video of Scalia paints a very different picture. In spite of the Morgan trying to mischaracterize Scalia's first short answer. I agree we may have avoided war with Gore, and gotten better Supreme Court picks. Unfortunately Scalia is also right that Gore brought it into the court, they determined Bush was elected. An actual count of the ballots by USA Today and the Miami Herald showed that using Gore's standard Bush would have won the recount. Long past time to move on, the milk isn't just spilt, it's dried up and blown away.
