Introducing this bill is a good thing. However, with the current crop of politicians in Congress, its doubtful it will go anywhere.
Considering the person introducing it voted against Bernie (didnt think we should have the right to know if our food contains poison in it or not) its most likely just a pr show in an attempt to get reelected.
A little bit of good press, some feel good statements in front of the podium, and then onto the next topic of discussion.
If there were every a piece of legislation that needed to be reinstated, this is it.
We will see how it goes.
