if kilpatrick was unaware and not qualified to do this where is the solution? Obviously if he knew he is now jailed.

Kilpatrick was an amateur. All the real damage was done by Engler, years ago. The city has lost over $300,000,000 a year since.

no dig, it was an article recently published on fdl, with no solutions proposed. direct democracy- if the public doesnt understand it, it doesnt get voted on.
