Sent this day 8/27/2012 An Open Letter Addressed to The President of the United States of America and to all of the currently seated members of Government and to all of the citizens of the USA to the people of the world and to all governments. Please Handle and deliver/share as you would a letter delivered by the USPS.
Mr. President and all currently seated members of Government and to all the citizens of the USA, to the governments and people of the world.
1st let me state that these letters I send to you I also send out on social media to all of the citizens of the USA to read as well - and I suppose it could be considered as open letters to the world also.
Anyway today's subject: Fracking - Is this the way we will see new industries and job growth in the USA? New industries dealing with the toxic results of Fracking.
With the fracking that has been done so far just in North Dakota alone - there are going to be huge water issues as well as ground and air pollution issues as a result. Ground water issues that can not be repaired - only addressed in some sort of cleaning process for every drop of water to be used for support of life. This is happening all over the USA and we will have the same issues all over the USA.
Get your water at the store - processed to be safe to drink ( we think ) enjoy!!!
Toxic water? Can't bathe or shower? Not a problem - buy our new body wash wipes - now with lanoline and aloe vera.
Oily dirty disgusting hair because you can no longer wash it? Not a problem we have a whole new line of gentle depilatory products - you can find them in your local store next to the body wash wipes and the scalp wax for that gleaming cranium look that is becoming so popular with the young crowd. ( we are almost certain that all of these fine products will have no toxic side effects).
Be careful not to cause a spark which might set your land river or lake on fire. Dropping water on those fires just seems to spread them. Outdoor barbequing has been banned as it is too risky - your neighborhood and surrounding civilization could go up in smoke.
North Dakota is in trouble - they depend on ground water ( aquifer ). If you look at a survey map of their aquifer's - you will see what I mean.

We do not need to destroy the environment, we do not need to poison the Air the Land and the water.
There are clean power/energy/fuel alternative technologies available - RIGHT NOW.

Rework free trade agreements as they are currently detrimental to the Business, Employment, Economic and Environmental health of the USA and in extension the world.
Put an end to outsourcing for Profit over People and the environment.

Hey Nevada1 - it was really thanks to shooz post and all of the activity there. I tweeted his post also. But I felt like this stuff needs to be repeated out into the internet - so I just kinda grabbed some of the material and did a remix and release.
