Data shows that investors who follow corporate insiders can make 7% more each year than the markets. Amazingly, it seems that insiders still have advantages over outside investors and don't get caught by the SEC.

insider trading happens all the time. It's kinda like watching porn, no one admits it but everyone does it. Wonder why you are so surprised. Other than some high profile cases, most fly under the radar of the SEC
