A top NON-PARTISAN accountability firm just created a new term for fear based leadership and dirty tactics in politics and corporate America. They named it Feardership. I've read the article. Great piece!! And I LOVE this term!! Feardership... This firm has created this term and has given us a name that identifies a practice that has been in existence for a long time and has been repeated without compunction. Who knows? These folks at the fourth man in the fire consulting group may have something here. They might be able to help right some very wrongs...
