I believe in a fair society all should get same salaries, no matter what kind of job one does. It does not matter either one is a successful manager or a toilet cleaner. Job is job! Only the amount of time spent matters. So, naturally, if one works double the time, also his salary should be double. But never for the same number of hours! What do you guys think of that? Of course, I would leave room for some kind of awards for citizens who deserved them by their deeds. This I think would be fair (although this must be done carefully!). And of course - same prices everywhere! In all the world. The question might arise here from some who have spent years in their studies: what!!!??? I have sacrificed all my youth for education and now I' ll get same as you?! You lazy loser! No way! For this reason, I also believe, that education should be free. And even more! Students should be paid as well! So that later they will have no right to demand more money. Although I am not an economist I am sure that this is feasible in an easy way, presuming that wealth is spread equally. So, what do you think?

Cheers from Europe! Hasta la victoria!

This is what China tried after Mao. They gave it up for state capitalism. The problem is incentive, there are no incentives to work hard in communism. With the prospect of never being able to become richer, people just decide not to work any harder than anybody else.

Russia tried that....seems moral and desire to do a good job go out the window when there is no incentive to do better.

What I pointed here is certainly utopistic. But this is exactly where we are heading and decades if not centuries will be needed before we get there. Because a transformation of our values and our whole mental structure is necessary in order to achieve this. Man must overcome himself and finally become human and cease to be a mere animal with all his greed and lust and all sorts of low impulses and ignorance. When this will be achieved only the 1% instead of the 99% will have such childish wishes to avoid their obligations toward society. Men and women will do what is needed for them and the society in which they live to prosper. Because they will know by logic and more importantly by their consciousness that this is necessary for the system to survive. Otherwise society would fall back to the barbarism in which we live today, where we ignorantly discriminate between low and high jobs. What I propose is to make a first step, i.e. — among many other important things — to write in our constitutions that the highest salary cannot be more than, let me say, five or ten times higher than the lowest. What means if the lowest is 1000$, the highest must not be over 5000$ or 10000$, or if sombody wants to have more — everybody will have more! And of course apply it in practice!

Hasta la victoria!
