Nah, Muslim Brotherhood moved away from radicalism in their platform to broaden their appeal, and that is why they won. This will continue to marginalize the appeal of radical groups, and is not good news for terrorists.

That's the thing; we're talking about the Muslim Brotherhood vs. the al-Nour Salafi crowd. As far as social issues and foreign policy I'd figure they'd land about midway between our current two parties (center-right but not that far out of the mainstream) and despite their official religious orientation they'd probably still be reasonable people open to building a modern semisecular democratic society.

Its how democracy works. While we, you or I may not like the results of the election, its the peoples will. They voted.

Not so sure about that, but the elections were monitored, and it is the will of the people regardless of what we think about it and its repercussions for the entire middle east.

Monitored by who? Will of the people? What people in particular? Another group of useful idiots.

The United Nations I believe.....LOL......IDK about useful, but agree with the idiot part. Oh well, it was monitored none the less....hmmm....

The totally worthless U.N. Useful because as soon as the objective is attained the idiots have served their purpose and are discarded.
