If someone says something outright controversial, without supporting evidence, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, respond to them, whether it be a post or a comment.

I came here because I have different views on different topics relating to the movement. So why instead of debating the issues (which is what we as a country should be doing anyway) do you just choose to ignore them and lable that person as a troll? Someone who truly believes in a cause is prepared to defend that cause and has no fear of a healthy and legit debate about the issues. Am I wrong?
I don't think he means the honest debates. I've had polite debates in several posts. And then there's members who somehow think name calling and insulting people's intelligence somehow make their point more valid. Those are the ones they are telling us not to feed. If the other person gets volatile, move on instead of attempting further discussion.
