Whatever happened to No searches w/o probable cause and warrants including an exact description of the place to be searched and the items to be seized?Also,we never had a Kill List before.Why do we need one now? Isn't it illegal to just kill people? What about Due Process for people on the Kill List?
Sucks being a "volunteered" patriot - Hey? They even got that all ass backwards. Ummm Homeland Security - sure as hell ain't making me feel secure - I wonder who it does? - ummm well that is besides those who are above the law that is.
What about the Residents of Gitmo? How come they can't get out with a Writ of Habeus Corpus? What's up with the Speedy Trial for those people? Can everybody else still get out of custody with Habeus Corpus or does it not actually exist anymore?
Nah - no - nope - those individuals don't count - not in a military court of law and not in a civilian one either - cause their terrorists - until proven otherwise - part of the changes brought about by the war on terror - they live in limbo. The rest of us are being pushed in that direction as well - part of being what it means to be a patriot these days - I guess.
I guess if you declare a war on terror - you also get to use criminal actions on whole populations while pursuing that war - as well.
