I am a 99%er and find that I agree with about 80-90% of the various demands made by the Occupy Wall Street movement. However, your alignment with Anonymous is very troubling. I am against criminal activity of all kinds (yes, especially the Wall Street criminal activities). BUT I think fighting crime with crime is hurting the cause and Anonymous has been creating cyber-disruption that i believe is criminal. The ends do not justify the means... if it did, we'd still have Prohibition. Wise up guys... distance yourself from Anonymous and you'll truly find 99% marching alongside you.

I agree with you about cyber crime but Anonymous does not incite people to do what they do. What takes place are the results of individual "hacktivists" and not the group as a whole.

anonymous is and will do what anonymous does.

occupy wall street is about protesting, not hacking. anonymous could f* up things for a lot of innocent people from hacking. let's just protest ows, anonymous or people pretending to be anonymous will do whatever they want.

I don't see the relevance to prohibition.

How can we distance ourselves from anonymous people? Vandalism and the outing of private information are revolutionary tactics that are valid in proportion to the level of oppression.

Don't freak out about it. Do you not think wall street is trying to vandalize our movement and find out who the 'ringleaders' are?

It is not a info-war, but it is an info-conflict or info-struggle.

Dude, Anon has nothing to do with this. Anon does things for shits and giggles, not for the good of anything.

People are using the mask because it's october, and it's available. That, and....you should remember the 5th of november, should you not?

We were the start of the revolution, we supported the egypt rebels before the US government would. We helped organize the revolutions in Egypt, Liyba, and we have been a major force in Occupy. Do not turn down help, Especially when its the one driving you foreward.

We are Legion We do NOT forgive We do NOT forget Expect Us

What do you think the ACTUAL tea party was?

Sometimes you have to break a few laws to get things changed.

I don't think "anonymous" is a voice of this movement. It is it's own thing entirely.

Anonymous is not aligned anymore than Democrats, or Republicans. There are NO affiliations; just voices wanting to be heard.

The Guy Fawkes mask I donned was not for Anonymous, but for the message that we can instill the idea that we are not afraid of our government, or the fat-cats on Wall Street anymore; they should be afraid of us; The ones who unintentionally (for the most part) fed their greed.

The mask makes me think that you are afraid. Why hide behind a mask?

No, I am not. I have shown my face plenty of times while out... but people like you ask "Why hide behind a mask" and I say to preserve this idea that I am but one of millions; the smallest yet most necessary number in revolution. Our faces are not what's important.. it's our actions that will truly allow recognition of this disgust, and this revolution.

And that is what this is: A Revolution in the beginning.
