Forum Post: Death threats is what it comes to?

I don't like the OWS, but i do respect that you are all non-violently trying to get a message out. However. I just went on a post and a person called ropeknot threatens to shoot Congress.
I ignored it until he starting threatening to kill another person on the forum TheStop. I told him that if you kill people its only going to make the public hate the OWS, but he said "They choose to die when they abused their power!" on my message board. (its the thing you get when you click on a name). I know this may seem minor, but this isn't the first threat on life.
Both the pro-OWS and Anti-OWS have threatened to kill each other and I would really like to come to a ceasefire with that. We can argue and yell all we want, but when it comes to death its not worth it. Lives are already WASTED ON POLITICAL ISSUES.

Sounds like a agent provocateur. An number of these have shown up at various occupations to incite violence intended to be used as an excuse for police "intervention".
On the other side, the defense appropriations bill signed into law by BO allows indefinite military detention of US citizens without due process for suspicion or accusation of terrorism.
When the constitution no longer applies ... it's a two-way street.
Agreed. The same kind of BS was pulled by Scientologists when there was a protest against that group.

OLLAG, you have to back up such accusations with incontrovertible evidence.
If "ropeknot" did in effect make death threats, he is most likely NOT A MEMBER OF OWS AT ALL. He would be either a TROLL of the "agent provocateur" variety or unbalanced... or in need of a long vacation.
