This is important for anyone who wants their voice to be heard. Please check it out -- applications must be submitted for a radio station by June 30, 2013 -- but you can get one at the website. Nope; found it elsewhere. I don't read all posts, so I don't always know I am duplicating another post. Can't post it too many times, though :)
But one has to be a non profit, no?
Well, as opposed to a for profit, yes; but it doesn't have to be an organized non profit, I don't think. Fill out an application and see.
