After reviewing the video, Kelly said he observed at least two cases of "active resistance" from protesters. In one instance, a woman pulls her arm back from an officer. In the second instance, a protester curls into a ball. Each of those actions could have warranted more force, including baton strikes and pressure-point techniques.

Yeah, kind of like the Iraqi vet that was running AWAY from that baton-swinging thug (I mean peace officer) and suffered a ruptured spleen in the process.

The problem is that the police have not been properly trained to deal with peaceful protesters. The proper procedure is to have several officers pick up each protester individually and take him/her away from the area he/she is blocking. The only force applied is to counter the gravity pull of a 200lb person. (a well fed male college student.)

In a police state anything but complete supplication is active resistance. Seriously, Alex Jones warned us 10 years ago this would happen.
