Does that mean that the companies aren't regulated or that there are regulations and the government won't enforce them?
Or is it that there are lots of "unregulated industrial plants" that don't abide by the rules set forth for them to follow.
Not sure where "colt and bushmaster" fit into the mix - they are not "industrial plants" they manufacturer a product - big difference if you are looking at this from an enviornmental perspective.
Colt and Bushmaster don't, but BD has to hit X number of DNC talking points to earn his paycheck being a troll on this site.
