The people are in charge. We vote for representatives every 2 years. Congress has a 10% approval rating, yet 90% are re-elected. Someone... tell me why that is?
Because money talks. 1% buys their representation, 99% are left with the scraps. They throw out a few scraps during each election cycle, to get our votes. Then they go back to DC and to do the bidding of the 1%.
