Constitutional amendments take forever and are usually unsuccessful, a trait shared by our Democratic Party.

Impeachment proceedings of justices Alito and Roberts are a much shorter route. Both IMHO lied under oath regarding their respect for precedent before they overturned about one hundred years of precedent with their 'corporations are entitled to 1st Amendment freedom of speech rights'

AND their violation of the Federal Judicial Code of Conduct provision requiring that judges avoid the ap- pearance of bias [partiality] given their involvement with the Federalist Society - a group whose agenda is to bring the federal judiciary to conservative right wing views.

IMHO, Justice Scalia shares the latter ground for impeachment.

Of course, we would have to win clear majorities to commence impeachment proceedings, which would involve focusing on a very small number of winning issues, like inequality of our tax structure favoring the One Per Centers. Why is it we don 't? Is it because our professional politicians like the money?

I think there is really only enough there to take down Clarence Thomas. Solid. However, I think that the thing to shoot for in a law is full disclosure.

Simply stated, unless there is a majority in both the House and Senate in favor of impeachment, there can be no impeachment.

that's a tough task too, right? Considering republic is the majority of House. We need to let our voice heard. amend2012.org helps in a way.

I suggest that both of Obamas appointees be impeached. Neither of them are even remotely qualified to be on that court.

Who else did Obama appoint besides Kagan?

Do you think the AFL-CIO has the right to speak up about atrocious labor practices by corporations? Of course they do. Do they deserve personhood?
