Why dont we use our constitutional rights? The police are breaking the law. Arrest them.

A citizen's arrest is an arrest made by a person who is not acting as a sworn law-enforcement official.[1] In common law jurisdictions, the practice dates back to medieval Britain and the English common law, in which sheriffs encouraged ordinary citizens to help apprehend law breakers.

But we have learned that filing a compliant during the protest simply gets thrown out. There are thousands of witnesses all over the world. and a camera has proven not have make justice. Why cant we arrest someone? If you stand there you get arrested anyways.. times are changing and so should be the way let let the authorities man handle us.

Yeah, not only would this not work, you will get shot.

There are smarter ways to martyr yourself then to run up to someone with a loaded firearm and try to "take them in."

Please do not attempt this.

Im trying to do something with this movement besides sit in the rain holding a sign at our camp. Im a Hispanic (legal immigrant, its easy!) who became a citizen. Even I know that we are breaking the law by blocking other peoples rights (to use parks, to drive on a road, to go to work) and the police have the job of keeping order..on us..and taking back the other people's rights that we took. And that you can't be mad at a cop for trying to keep the peace we're disturbing.

I totally get that, but that's dangerous. These things take LOTS of time. You can't jumpstart them by stunts, you gotta hold your ground. The machinery is moving, people are listening.

You'll lose that microphone if you try to take a gun from a cop (which is how the entire country would see it) and probably be shot. When you're passive, you highlight the aggressiveness of the other side.

Turning the other cheek isn't just Christlike, it's good media strategy.

Except for stopping a felony imminent or in progress, Citizen's Arrest really just means filing a complaint with the proper law enforcement body. You can't take someone bodily into custody.

Is this possible? thats the question we need to ask. If so, how?

Not recommended as a way to accomplish anything except getting your brains splattered all over the pavement.
