What is the point of setting up a “people’s” forum to let the ideals fight it out, if someone going to be allowed to put their thumb on the scale if the “people” don’t choose the right path.
Can we hear from the Thumb now, please. OK, Thumb, let's hear it?
Since the 1%ers thumb on the scales of governance and justice is what we are ALL protesting, we are waiting for our hero, just like Shoeless Joe Jackson accused of throwing games in the 1919 World Series, "Say it isn't so, Joe?"

The following is a letter that I sent off to the forum site abuse e-mail address:
It is a step in the proper direction - but I think we need to start a campaign to end the nonchalance of the site administration to these bot attacks and their users.
We do not have to contend with collapsed threads any longer - but we still have the discrediting attacks.
We need to find a way to make the site more supporter/contributor friendly.
We need to petition for better site security.
Or this site will be ruined as a useful communications hub and movement support site.
I will copy off this comment and send it off to the report abuse e-mail and see what response I might receive.
I urge all others who love this forum and are in the fight against corruption greed and crime to do the same.
These are issue being discussed by the forums most avid supporters. We are all sick at hoe the forum is being trashed and good contributors are being attacked and driven away. This atmosphere of attacker free reign must end or the forum is doomed.

I do not see it as a system of control when a monitor stops threads that are clearly designed to be racist, sexist, insulting for the sake of insults, and non-constructive arguments.
I am very argumentative, but not overly offensive, most of the time, and I have never had my comments removed.
I find the need of a non-aligned monitor to be of the utmost importance. In the heat of discussions we all have the ability to go overboard, and that should not be allowed.
This forum should be a safe place for debate of ideas revolving around this Movement.

Not complicated at all. All admin has to do is remove the display:none line from each .collapsed class in occupywallst.css
