" An international volunteer organization urged Canadian authorities to arrest former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney on war crimes charges when he visits the 2013 Toronto Global Forum later this week. "

Now wouldn't that just be SPECTACULAR.

Yes having Cheney arrested for war crimes would be "SPECTACULAR" as he, not Bush was the brains behind that horror show.

Years ago I saw a protester with a sign that said "Arrest Cheney First." So funny, I never forgot it.

So true, but the people have to make them accountable. What gives in this country of apathy?

Where is the Republican leadership?

G W Bush, Dick Cheney and Mitt Romney have all but disappeared from the face of the earth. Historically, don't the former Presidents, Vice Presidents, Presidential Candidates have an elder statesman role, subject matter expertise, patriotic duty, continuing civic responsibility, wisdom, legal insight, and perhaps love for this country that compels them toward further public service?

See the Democratic leadership from Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton and Chelsea participating in public service at a very high level after leaving the White House.

The Republican Party has let the leadership default to John Boehner, and Ted Cruz and the Tea Party who forced the Government shutdown for16 days while the whole country teeters on the cliff of debt default. Where are the adults in the Republican Party?

Cheney and Bush should have and show more interest in the economy, creating jobs, foreign policy since they are responsible for the condition these were in when Obama took office. Sara Palin was far more active politically after losing the election than Romney, Bush and Cheney who were fitted for higher positions.

There is a leadership vacuum in the Republican Party. The solution is to fill the empty space with Democrats..

Perhaps we can get the great gifts that the 08 election brought us after 8 miserable years of Bush.

If Romney and Ryan had solutions in the 2012 campaign for the economy, unemployment and healthcare reform were they solutions that would only work with Presidential powers and executive orders? It seems like these solutions are not anything the private sector or Congress would or could do.

Theres a reason their little band of tyrants dont leave the country.

Karma is a bitch, and they will get theirs eventually.

That being said, karma is getting really worn out in this corrupted ass system.
