Although ALEC just lost Pepsi, Coke, Kraft - thay are too big to fail
And even if the lost 90% of their companies, koch can sneeze up the balance

BUT
Thanks to OWS and the flood of recent PR and zimmerman -
the stench of alec is becoming much more conspicuous

If you think you know America’s biggest threat,
..Koch ?
….Norquist ?
……Iran ?
………Boehner ?
………...McConnell ?
……………Murdoch ?

you are wrong –
……spend ten minutes with each of these

.............................................BE AFRAID – VERY AFRAID

And FYI – They are doing everything they can do to create
a new constitutional convention [Article V Convention]
that can propose virtually anything:
All public schools – privatized
All medicare/Medicaid/SocialSecurity – privatized
No cap gains tax
EPA - gone Guns for all No inheritance tax
Tell me – what else do you think an Article V Convention could do?

An Article V Convention could be dangerous if we (OWS) lost control of it. Any proposals MUST be written us or it's ALEC forever. Great comment, ty for the links!

ps; your America’s biggest threat list reminds me of Nixon who we should of hanged, I guess. And Oli North who we should have shot for treason, I guess. Accountability; ONLY FOR CPA's!

ALEC has access to billions of dollars and
owns hundreds of federal and state legislators and senators.
Although the delegate selection and convention rules are
VERY un-specified,
a completely new constitution, could, under some counts,
be proposed by 18 people representing 18 states -
answerable ONLY to their employers.
At $100,000,000 per delegate - thats less than $2B for ALEC & the kochs.
A REAL BARGAIN

ONE POSSIBILITY:
Each state will have 1 vote ( this is exactly correct )
If each state has one delegate => 50 delegates
a quorum is a majority => 26 delegates
2/3 of the 26 delegates => 18 delegates
and if these 18 delegates are from the 18 smallest states,
they will represent 25,000,000 Americans -
proposing a new constitution for 300,000,000+ Americans

I never ran the numbers, like you. very well put together.
