Forum Post: Bounty Announcement

It is ten years since the start of the Iraq war, and the devastation has yet to stop.

I understand Malaysia found George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee, and John Yoo, and also Tony Blair guilty of war crimes for plotting and carrying out an aggressive war against Iraq.

I'm not a rich man, but I am putting up, and will give $1000.- to anyone who brings any of these men to Malaysia where justice will be served. I know that is not a lot of money, but maybe any of you other folks out there might like to chip in and contribute to this bounty. These war criminals need not be sleeping well at night.

I will never forget going to Washington D.C. about 8 years ago and seeing anti-war demonstrators with a placard that said "Arrest Cheney First." So funny.

I just dug out a tee shirt that I got from the Jan 2003 MLK day rally in Washington. It says No War On Iraq and has a picture of MLK and an attack helicopter

Very cool. Too bad we don't have a stronger left in this country, but we're getting there, slowly but surely.

True, it is too bad "we don't have a stronger left in this country"

How we go about getting it is key. There are many good befuddled people to the right that we can recruit to our side as many of them or their loved ones have been hurt by the corrupt system

But we will not convert potential converts well by reviving the old left vs right political wars

I just finished polishing up my verbal debate and outreach skills with two cable guys (who fixed my wireless for my LT) who were well to the right of me,

Although I do not expect them to join Occupy any time soon, I know I planted some seeds in them in terms of looking at things differently

These two guys were unlike the cable guy (to fix the tv connection) that was here a few days ago, who suspected that a rev was near

Although i do not expect any of them to join Occupy anytime soon, I know I planted the seeds in them in terms of looking at things differently

All left here with Occupy lit...lol

Then how about chipping in. What are you willing to put up to see justice served?

I'm into justice, not revenge.

Last thing this planet needs is another vigilante. Throw your bullets away.

Why not use the money to send our current Warcriminal-in-Chief to justice? It might save 3+ yrs of future suffering and death.

All those guys who are responsible for so much human suffering and death should both be brought to justice someday

I would not trade my 'lot in life' as humble as it is, for their's for all the tea in China

The guy currently holding the office of U.S. Prez has yet to be judged by a court for his transgressions. When he does get a judgement against him, I'll add him to the list.
