Personally, I hope they do break up. Being a devout conspiracist, it's my theory that the formation of the eurozone in 1999 was more a dry-run for a future world currency than for the supposed purpose of the 'economic stability' of Europe. I find it interesting that the Graham-Leach-Bliley Act occurred in the same year, 1999. Coincidence? Maybe, but the failure of the eurozone who cause a definite setback in any plans for the aforementioned 'one world currency.'
