Discovered the APA is deeply negligent in advancing therapies that work directly with the unconscious mind.

I think its a church and state issue. The church makes the unconscious mind off limits for EVERYONE. Psychology is running us through everything that does not work just to make us think they are trying.

I had it on good authority back in 1997 that over one third of the student population at the local grade school was on behavioral meds - many of them labeled as ADHD.

What a crock.

thanks for the links.

Yeah, that's about right. I'm not sure how many today but parents are taking the meds too. Problems escalated when those already on amphetamines were then dosed with SSRI's- created the manic-depressive or bipolar symptoms and then they were prescribed other meds for that diagnoses.
It's a crock of corruption for sure.

I was working at a homeless shelter in 1996, a friends uncle came in, he had been in a car accident. It was obvious to me during the intake that he had attempted suicide, but the car accident hadn't killed him.

I tried getting him help from Howard Mental Health - they control a lot of the federal money that comes into the state for mental health services.

His case worker insisted he was attention seeking.

They got him an apartment, and within a week, maybe two -

he was dead.
