An investigation found that Jennifer Galagher, age 46, from Denver, Colorado, had been swimming the previous night in West Lake. On Tuesday morning, Galagher was reported missing by family.
According to the initial press release by the Dickson County Sheriff’s office, Gallagher went swimming in West Lake Okoboji on the evening on Monday, August 6th, and didn’t come back.
A short time later, a family member located Galagher underneath a nearby dock. Medical personnel responded and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

who cares about the brainwashed people who traded their liberties in the name of "security" they deserve what they got as much as the people on wall street stole rich peoples wealth, heres why: if each person in the theater had their right to bear arms, and carried a weapon, I think at most maybe just a couple people would have gotten shot before James Holmes would have.
I take comfort in the fact that I always carry a gun in a theater, and would also have it on an airplane if this liberty wasn't illegally taken from me. Fact is we wouldnt have lost one of them planes, and thousands of lives would have been saved, and trillions of dollars wouldnt have been spent in the name of "security". You people are being brainwashed in preparation of a police state.
go back and read about your long forgotten constitutional right to bear arms. would you rather handle it within seconds or wait for 9 minutes for police to arrive? DUH,,,,! OR ARE YOU JUST THE DUMBEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET ?
