If you wish to support NDAA, Monsanto, bailouts and the MIC and NSA/CIA , thats on you dude.
I think he's referring to voting the tea party people out of office. He is saying 'we' are intelligent enough to handle that. But that 'we' would be the states where these tea partiers exist. I ain't sayin' nuthin!
