Dear American People and People of the World,
Corporate Death And Destruction - with full Government support!
Where are the dissenting voices of the Public?
Ya see? That's what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND !!!
What the bloody hell is wrong with people when they see plain as day right in front of their faces who is fucking them over - copoRATS - WallStreet - Fossil Fuel - and a Puppet Government.
BUT THEY LOOK AT EACH OTHER FUNNY INSTEAD OF GOING AFTER THE FUCKING CRIMINALS.
RAISE A DISSENTING VOICE ???
Seems like people can not speak out - not that they are forbidden or anything - NOT YET
Because they have no guts?
Or they think someone else should and will save them?
Or because it is not their problem? ( REALLY ? )
People - WAKE UP !
Take a good look around you and see what is happening.
The rampant crime that caused the economic meltdown and the criminals not only not charged but are rewarded and supported by the Government of the USA.
Look at fossil fuel and pollution. The Toxic Ash Dumps, the fracking for Liquid Natural Gas and for Oil, the Mountain top removal to access coal. Look at the poisoning and the destruction of our environment that is being done with full support of the government of the USA.
Look at the outsourcing of work to foreign sweatshops - the resulting loss of American Employment and no new jobs or Industries being created to make up for the loss. With Full Government of the USA support.
WAKE UP DAMN IT !!!
UNITE IN COMMON CAUSE AND PUT AN END TO THIS INSANITY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

I think part of it is technology. Its the speed of democracy. Starting in the 60's politicians started using TV with its instant messaging to affect public opinion. One newcast can set the agenda of a country in seconds. These day's bankers make thousands of trades per minute. The elite have utilized and perfected technology to speed up the rate of decision-making and political action leaving the common person in the dust. But as protest groups and regular people catch the technology curve to speed up the rate of community interaction such as through the internet, i.e the speed of democracy increases, then I think more public participation will occur...like before when all messages were sent by horse.
The proverbial speed of business.
Fast communications can be a plus/blessing and they can be a negative/curse.
It is all in how the ability is used or misused.
It is surely a sad state of affairs.
Yet, "as I always state" those who know, know and will always have the courage to make positive moves against the ills of the world.
I have come to see that everyone cannot be a leader, (particularly those who hold those positions now) and followers are the norm since it is the path of least resistance.
Therefore, Leaders.....help the people, but I am sure not all of them will want to understand...it is the failings of human nature. .
It is also a failing of society not to teach how to think for ones self. It is the failing of society to allow propaganda instead of complete factual information. It is the failing of all who can think not to help others open their eyes. It is the failing of those who can think not to spread the awareness and educate those around them.
This is a great success of OWS all Occupy movements all protests - raise awareness educate reach out. And yet this is also an area that needs much more attention and expansion. Currently too many are not acting outside of a street protest - protests which are not being aired by the media - and so are reaching a very limited audience.
I concur.
Too many people fell asleep on the couch after their 32oz soda and supersize fastfood while watching sports or the latest holloywood movie.

Your right. I would suggest though that any letter to the Pres has a better chance of gettin to him without the obscenity.

I often think their eyes are open, people just take the short term benefit and ignore the problems that creates. It's the same thought process that allows someone to smoke or drink himself to death over a few decades. They ignore the danger for the short term gratification.
It "is" a very sick society.
