Remember the "threat" of Iraq? The press, politicians, media swore there were WMD and they caused 9/11. All lies. It cost us $2 trillion, 6000 dead, 57000 maimed and over 1 million civilians dead over 10 years. We destroyed a country and they have daily terrorist bombs.
Now the Israeli lobby and politicians of both parties are chomping to start a new and much bigger war with Iran, on charges the CIA and National Intelligence and UN state don't exist. Even most Israelis don't want to go to war, but Netanyahoo is intentionally influencing US policy for political purposes; another disaster for the US.

If you are concerned about this, than support House Concurrent Resolution 107, which states:
"Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution."
