When drum circles drown out general assemblies...how is everybody being "allowed to speak"?

Dude, why are you so angry? This thing is inchoate. It's up to politicians to decipher what's happening. It's a lot of things to many people, but ultimately it's about economic justice. Celebrities are people, some of them might have even come from economically unjust backgrounds. I say it's up to the movement to use the celebrities, as long as they are capable spokespeople. Too many people are not paying attention to news, and if they get on board because of celebrity mugging, fine. If the celebrities start using the movement, that won't last very long. It seems to me a bit premature to worry about selling out just yet.
I assure you - the likes of Kanye, Moore and "Ching Chong" Roseanne will be the final nail that hits the coffin for this movement in the long run. Yeah sure you might attract the "celebrity muggers" in the short term...at the risk of making OWS look like an even bigger joke to the 99% that it claims and tries to represent.

A lot of people are asking why I sound angry and cuss alot and whatnot.
Well - I AM angry! I see a movement with so much potential in a place with little to no hope...I see the second sign of America finally trying to breaking its habit of apathetic passivity...and then I see a severely mismanaged website that lets unproductive troll posts flood its forums, they let themselves be bought out by corporate partisans (you can say "Yes we have lefties but they are not all of us") and then just to make matters worse...they let people like Kanye trivialize the truly suffering of America for fucking fame and album sales. The latter bit WILL alienate many people in the long run as much as they bring people in for the short run.
Christ - OWS is even worse than the current Tea Party! And they were bought out long before!

I recommend trying to be more concise and cut out less relevant statements, i.e. 'madonna is a cow.' It is difficult to get to the center of what you are saying.
Have you seen the videos? It's not just kids, it's not just obama, it's unions, teachers, veterans, I've never even seen that many different kinds of people in one location.
Democrats aren't 'sucking anyone in' and we are not going to argue with people on CNN because those are propaganda channels, we expect to 'lose' there but our power is that we don't care anymore.
Letting CNN and some no-journalistic-standards-having national TV media control the agenda is a large part of how we got here.
